Let AI manage your condominium records

Most of the work of keeping a building’s records up to date is data entry. Fullhouse has an MCP server, so an AI assistant can do that part for you. You can also build automations and audit your own records.

The connector

Many AI assistants (such as Claude and ChatGPT) can work with Fullhouse through our MCP connector. You configure it once, sign in, and after that it can control Fullhouse on your behalf.

  • Who still owes for this quarter?
  • Put the € 1.180,00 insurance bill on the day-to-day fund.

  • Move € 500,00 from the day-to-day fund into the reserve.

Don’t be afraid to experiment! AI assistants cannot change existing records, nor delete them. So nothing is at risk.
